Covid 19 Update

At Hula HQ we take the health and wellbeing of our customers, suppliers and community very seriously. We will continue to work to UK Government guidelines for the duration of the Covid 19 pandemic.
As we are only a small team of two, it's been relatively straightforward to adjust to a new way of working; therefore any disruption to the order dispatch process will be kept to an absolute minimum.
United Kingdom Orders
All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail. Depending on the tier that your area of the country is in, there may be a delay with the delivery of your order as Royal Mail may need to adjust their working processes. If your order hasn't arrived after 7 working days, please contact us at info@hula-beach.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
International Orders
We know there have been some significant delays to international deliveries between Brexit changes and Covid 19 restrictions. This is beyond our control, so please bear this in mind when ordering from us in the United Kingdom.
How We've Adjusted
- We have extended our returns policy from 30 days to 45 days from the date of delivery.
- All returned and incoming stock will be quarantined for 72 hours before being returned to the stock room.
- Frequent cleaning procedures are in place (we've never smelt so much lemon).
- Photoshoots at home (we are missing the sunshine and palm trees)
