Delivery & Returns
All UK orders placed before 2pm will be sent same day, Monday to Friday. We don't dispatch orders on the weekend or bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the following working day.
Standard UK Delivery ~ £3.75
All Standard Delivery orders will be sent Second Class with Royal Mail and will take 3-4 working days to arrive (not guaranteed).
Express ~ £5.45
Express Delivery orders will be sent via Royal Mail's First Class Recorded services and will take 1-2 working days to arrive. A signature may be required on delivery.
All International orders will be sent the following working day. Please note that orders placed from outside the EU may be subject to Customs, Duty and Handling charges. Check with your local customs office to see what fees, if any, would apply to you. Payment of all Customs, Duty and Handling charges will be your responsibility and are not included in our delivery charges.

Returns & Exchanges
UK Returns & Exchanges
We offer a returns service for all our UK customers. If your order is unsuitable for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of dispatch to return it to us for either a full refund or exchange. If your item is faulty, then you have 30 days from the date of dispatch to return for an exchange. The return address can be found on the paperwork included with your order. We regretfully cannot refund return delivery charges.
Please send return parcels via Royal Mail Second Class and please make sure you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit without it. Once we have received your return you will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note this may take upto 28 days to process.
If you wish to exchange for another size or colour, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP so that we can hold it for you (subject to availability). Exchanges will be sent to you once the original has been returned, free of charge of additional postage.
The returns policy for International and European customers is the same as that for UK orders, however, we understand that transit times can take a little longer, so as long as the parcel is post dated within the 14 day timescale, we can process the refund. Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer a free refund service for International customers, neither can we process exchanges, we can only with full refunds on items sent back.
Returns & Exchanges Terms and Conditions
The product you return must be in an unused, new and unworn condition with all the original garment tags still attached. In the case of swimwear; bikini bottoms and swimsuits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are damaged or faulty. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used (perfume, makeup stains). In these cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued.
