Aloha! We aim to send orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday. Currently, we don't dispatch orders on the weekend or on bank holidays.
Standard UK Delivery - £1.95
All Standard Delivery orders will be sent Second Class with Royal Mail and will take 3-4 working days to arrive (not guaranteed).
Standard UK Delivery is FREE for orders over £60.
First Class Signed For UK Delivery - £4.75
All First Class orders will be sent First Class with Royal Mail and will take 1-2 working days to arrive (not guaranteed).
Next Day UK Delivery - £7.95
Next Day Delivery orders are sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and must be placed by 2pm for same day dispatch. Orders placed after this time may be sent the following working day. Royal Mail aims to deliver by 1pm and your order will require a signature on receipt.
Please be aware that Royal Mail do not deliver on UK bank holidays or the weekend, this includes their Special Delivery service. So please check before you place an order. You can check the progress of your parcel by using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
Please note that orders placed from outside the United Kingdom may be subject to Customs, Duty and Handling charges. Check with your local customs office to see what fees, if any, would apply to you. Payment of all Customs, Duty and Handling charges will be your responsibility and are not included in our delivery charges.
Any consignments refused by you the importer will incur a £20 fee and the actual cost of the shipment and it's return costs will be deducted from any refund.
International orders will be charged a flat rate for Royal Mail services, this is shown when you reach check out. Standard International Delivery isn't a tracked service, Express International Delivery is tracked. So if you want to track your order after it's dispatched, please select the 'Express Delivery' option.
Returns & Exchanges
UK Returns & Exchanges
If your order is unsuitable for any reason, you now have up to 28 days from the date of dispatch to return it to us for either a full refund or exchange.
If your item is faulty, then you have 28 days from the date of dispatch to return for an exchange. The return address can be found on the paperwork included with your order. We regretfully cannot refund return delivery charges except in the instance that a faulty item is received.
Please send return parcels via Royal Mail Second Class and please make sure you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit without it. Once we have received your return you will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note this may take up to 28 days to process.
The UK returns policy also applies to International and European customers providing the returned item has been sent back within 28 days from the date of dispatch. Unfortunately at this time are unable to refund delivery charges on returned items from International customers. We recommend that you return your order via a tracked service.
Returns Terms and Conditions
The product you return must be in an unused, new and unworn condition with all the original garment tags still attached. In the case of swimwear; bikini bottoms and swimsuits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are damaged or faulty. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used (perfume, makeup stains). In these cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued.
